# How To Create A New Message Template?

1. **Go to “Settings”**  “Message Template”.
2. **Select “New Template”** and enter a name for your template.
3. **Create your message template**, adding dynamic information as needed by clicking the **“+”** button.
   * Add dynamic fields (such as receiver **name, job title**) to make the message feel **personalized and relevant**.

#### **Things to Take Note When Crafting LinkedIn Template:**

* LinkedIn template must be **under 300 words**, as they are sent together with the connection request.&#x20;
* If your message **exceeds 300 words**, it will be sent **automatically once the candidate accepts your connection request**.
* Keep the message **concise, professional, and friendly** to increase acceptance rates.
