# How Do I Automate Candidate Outreach?

Before you start, go to **Settings → User Information** to ensure your **LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp accounts are connected**.

**Option 1:**

1. **Review the search results** and select the candidates you want to contact.

2. Click “Add to Job” to add the selected candidates to the job opening.

3. **Tick the checkbox** to send a **batch message** to the selected candidates.

* Messages will be sent using the **default template**. To use a different template, set it as the default under **“Settings”** or refer to **Option 2** below.
* Candidates will be contacted via **all available communication channels** if their contact details are retrievable. To use **only selected channels**, please refer to **Option 2** below.

**Option 2:**

1. **Review the search results** and select the candidates you want to contact.
2. Click “Add to Job” to add the selected candidates to the job opening and **untick the checkbox**.

3. **Go to “Open Positions”** and select the job opening that the candidates were added to.
4. **Select the candidates** you want to reach out to and choose your **preferred contact channel**.

5. **Select your outreach message template** and click “Send Messages”

#### Important Notes for Mass Outreach

1. WhatsApp Usage\
   WhatsApp is not intended for mass publicity. Messages are therefore capped at 20 per day to prevent account suspension.
   * Any messages exceeding this limit will be scheduled for delivery on the next day.
   * We recommend using an **active WhatsApp account** for mass outreach rather than a newly created account.
2. Email Outreach\
   If you plan to reach a large audience via email, ensure that your email account is properly warmed up. This helps reduce the risk of emails being filtered into junk or spam folders.
