# AI Interviewer (Faye / Fiona)

Q: What is the AI Interviewer?\
A: The AI Interviewer conducts structured interviews, evaluates responses, and generates a standardized interview report.

Q: Is the interview fully automated?\
A: Yes. Candidates complete interviews asynchronously without human involvement.

Q: Can I customize interview questions?\
A: Yes. You can tailor questions based on roles, seniority, and competencies. (pls contact Fuku for customized solutions). AI interview questions are autogenerated based on Job title and CVs provided.

 

Q : How to Use the AI Interviewer

A: The AI Interviewer is enabled by default for job postings, helping you automatically screen candidates with minimal effort.

Option 1: AI Interview via Job Posting (Default)

Create or publish a job posting

AI Interview is enabled by default

Once a candidate applies, an interview link is automatically sent to them

The candidate completes the interview asynchronously

Once completed, you’ll see the candidate status updated to “AI Interviewed”

You can:

Review the interview video

Download the interview report

The interview results will appear directly under the job’s candidate list.

Option 2: Trigger AI Interview Manually (via Fiona Page)

You can also start an AI interview without a job post:

Go to the Fiona page (Home)

Upload candidate profiles manually or

Upload an Excel file with candidate name + email address

The system will automatically trigger the AI interview

Once completed, the interview report will appear under:

Open Positions → Candidate Status: “AI Interviewed”

Option 3  Send Interview Link Manually

Go to Open Positions

Select the role you want

Copy the interview link

Manually send the link to your desired candidates (via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.)

Once the candidate completes the interview, their status will automatically update to “AI Interviewed”, and you’ll be able to review the interview video and report.
