# How to Outreach Candidates Through Fuku

Fuku helps you reach the right candidates faster using AI-powered search and automated outreach — without manual follow-ups.

 

#### Step 1: Search for Candidates

Go to **Talent Search--** Enter your role requirements, skills, or keywords

Use AI Search for better matching and ranking

Review candidate profiles and shortlist relevant candidates

 

#### Step 2: Link your Own Account with Fuku

Go to settings, choose to link with Linkedin/WA/email by clicking the button respectively. You can set up a sequence with those 3 differnct channels (see below how to set up sequences).

 

#### Step 3: Unlock Contact Details

To contact a candidate, you’ll need to unlock their details:

Email: 0.5 credit

Phone number: 1 credit

When sending **bulk messages**, contact details will be **automatically unlocked** for you. The same credit rules apply —\
**each contact unlocked = 1 credit per contact** (e.g. *X contacts = X credits*).

 

#### Step 4: Start Outreach (Manual or Automated)

You can reach out in two ways:

**Option 1: Manual Outreach**

Click Contact Candidate

Send a personalized message directly

Best for high-priority or senior roles

 

**Option 2: Use Sequences (Recommended)**

Select one or more candidates

Click on the channel you need to use (WA/Linkedin/Email)

Choose an existing sequence format or create a new one

Messages will be sent automatically based on timing rules

Sequences help you: Save time / Stay consistent / Increase response rates

 

#### Step 5: Track Responses & Engagement

You can monitor:

Message delivery

Replies

Engagement status

Once a candidate replies, the sequence automatically stops.
